Clubs - Continued

 Most Clubs be they Golf or Yacht, developer owned or self managed often don't have the strength in management needed to meet the expectations of its members. Often paying an F&B Director $60k - $75K per year. This  covers a manager to be available 60hrs a week to 'oversee' operations. It doesn't pay for a true F&B Director.
A real leader to set standards and implement new ideas. Ideas that play to the strengths to the staff, offer extra services without extra labor expense, while constantly evaluating service. The fact is the Club General Manager does not have the time to oversee or babysit a large department and often getting frustrated with the F&B team. Our services lesson complaints, and improve standards. We will work with existing management, offering services that bring back a spark and 'vibe' to the clubhouse and indeed all F&B outlets. Our services can be tailored made to your needs, and as always we are there only when you need us and in any capacity. We can offer a 'stand in' F&B Director and assist with the hire of a replacement. We can bring in additional staffing when needed so as not to incur overtime. Ultimately we will move the needle forward, and bring in the political 'clout' that the GM needs with its membership. 

Labor an issue?  The majority of clubs we work in have a  labor cost issue. It comes down to, of course, productivity,  or more importantly the management of labor hours. We can give the tools needed for both Front and Back of House to manage, working backwards from the budget, assessing talent verses position, implementing weekly reports to the GM for review.
